Bottarga Breeze twist on the Bloody Mary

120 ml tomato juice
50 ml vodka (2 shots)
15 ml of lemon juice
5 drops of Tabasco
3 drops of Worcestershire sauce
3 turns of Trikalinos Bottarga Breeze grinder
1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch of sweet paprika powder

For Serving:
Freshly ground Trikalinos Bottarga Breeze
freshly ground pepper
1 stalk of celery (washed and cleaned of its fibers)
2 whole cherry tomatoes (per glass)

Put all the ingredients in the bucket of a blender except for the vodka and the lemon juice.

Process for about a minute at medium speed and strain into an ice-cold shaker. Serve on a low glass (old-fashioned).

Cut a lemon in half, squeeze it, and keep the juice aside. Pass the lemon over the rim of the glass. Twist 6-8 turns of Trikalinos Bottarga Breeze grinder into a plate and dip the rim of the glass into it to make a beautiful rim.

Pour the mixture of tomato juice (that is made in the blender) into the glass, add the vodka and 15 ml of the lemon juice. Add a lot of ice and mix well with a spoon. Grind some black pepper on top.

Serve with celery and cherry tomatoes.
