MARINATED ANCHOVIES WITH STRAWBERRIES AND ROCKET SALAD

INGREDIENTS
rocket salad, 3 cups of tea
3 wide basil leaves, chopped
3 medium strawberries, sliced
8 marinated anchovy fillets
2 spoonfull of bottarga herbed citrus vinaigrette

PREPARATION
Follow the recipe of herbed citrus vinaigrette with bottarga powder, above mentioned .
Mix in a bowl all ingredients and serve.
TIP: Can also be served on Bruschetta bread.
